HVAC Air Handler Buzzing Aux Heat

Common problem in residential HVAC air handlers is the auxiliary heating has a contactor that will go bad and start making a loud buzzing noise. The contactor is a relay-like device used to switch on/off the auxiliary heating element. The contactor in this case is controlled by the air-handler's processor and thermostat.
