Hunterwood FC10000 - Export Hay Press

The FC10000 is the newest generation of Hunterwood's premium hay presses. This press is the ultimate in automation and versatility from the Big Bale Slicing System to the Fully Automatic Product Handling. Designed to accept sliced big square bales or two standard three-tie bales at a time, the FC10000's high efficiency manifold, coupled with hydraulic improvements, and enhanced diagnostics, is the fastest and most efficient press of its kind. This fully automated hay press is capable of producing at a rate of 27 to 33 Metric Tonnes per hour*. New standard features for the FC10000 include a Self Contained Power Pack which eliminates the need for separate power rooms, and a Chaff Management System including a chaff conveyor to collect chaff and fines from hard to reach areas below the press. We have turbo charged this system by incorporating many upgrades to mechanical and hydraulic components as well as improved diagnostic capabilities in all press systems.
