European fans are about to get something rare a fan event featuring some of their favorite characters. Luke and Noah (Jake Silbermann and Van Hansis) will be having their first fan event in Europe this fall. The ATWT stars will be traveling to Paris on October 17, 2009 to meet with fans from all over the continent. Proceeds from this event will go to benefit the European Region of the International Lesbian and Gay Association, a group that works for human rights and equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people at the European level. http://www.soaps.com The REAL Maddy Coleman, Alex Chando, will return to the show sometime this Summer. She could then figure into the story with her mother and brother, and the Casey/Riley, and Luke/ Noahs stories. "They're both pretty busy and they don't actually get to see very much of each other, and that does create a few problems in the relationship." says Van Hansis. "But I think at this point they're both excited about where their own lives are taking them. Noah is very excited about his movie and Luke's very excited about his job working for Grimaldi Shipping." To that end, Damiam invites his son to join him for a business meeting. The client brings along his daughter Sara, and Luke thinks it's a set up. "Luke initially flips out at Damian for a second and then realizes quickly that Damian was not trying to set him up and had no idea that this girl would be brought to the meal." explains Hansis. "So Luke calms down, they have a nice meal, and he and the daughter have a good time together. Noah was supposed to come to the dinner with Luke and Damian, but he couldn't because he had to do something for himself." That would be a private screening with Mason. "Noah gets done a little early, so he comes to see Luke and sees what he thinks is Luke flirting with this girl." Noah is upset, but they work things out. Still, the cracks in the union are showing. "They're in a good place in their relationship right now, although their lives are taking them in different directions. And that will be explored further throughout [future] events, stuff that starts to happen specifically in Luke's life. What we're beginning to see now is that there is a lack of communication mainly on Luke's end, which will continue for a bit." Luke is also dealing with his two fathers, Holden and Damian. " I don't think he feels like he's being forced to choose which one he loves more. I think what's happening is just him really starting to like Damian more and more." notes the actor. " Holden will always be the man who raised him, and he considers Holden his true father and I dont think that will ever, ever change. But I think he has more in common with Damian right now than with Holdenm and that causes a little bit of friction between Holden and Luke." And, Hansis teases, "There is a specific instance that comes up where he does have to make a choice between the two and he chooses Damian -- and I think he lives to regret it." (SOD)
