(2015 Tour – Day #73 / Challenge #72) Hey everybody! Day #73 of my 2015 Eastern USA & Canada Tour and for this food challenge I'm in Charlotte, North Carolina at Kennedy's Premium Bar & Grill. I'll be taking on their delicious Garbage Plate Challenge and attempting to get my second victory in North Carolina!! Kennedy's Garbage Plate Challenge ($35): This challenge is based off the famous "garbage plate" that was created and is served in upstate New York because that is where the restaurant's owner is from. The meal includes 1 pound of macaroni salad and 1 pound of french fries topped with four 1/2 pound burger patties. Everything is smothered with meat sauce and the challenge also includes a few slices of garlic bread. There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything on your plate, and winners receive the meal free along with a sweet t-shirt!! For the record, I have never actually watched a Cleveland Browns football game lol but I did appreciate all the Browns fans watching and cheering for me while I attempted the challenge!!
