Huawei Mate 20 pro vs Sony Xperia XZ camera comparison (freehand night + landscape)

Today I´m going to compare some pictures I took side by side with the Huawei Mate 20 pro and Sony Xperia XZ. The picture comparison starts at 5:00 so feel free to forward the video to there if the initial explanation is too boring. I was actually asked by a viewer about this exact phone and I think the Xperia XZ is a very good stand in for many mid price and older phones from which people might be interested changing to the Huawei Mate 20 pro. Also the XZ camera (maybe with small differences) is used in a whole lot of other Sony phones I think I have a very steady hand so if you can´t get as good night pictures with the Xperia XZ - try a tripod - the XZ actually registers if its on a tripod and this will boost image quality a whole lot.
