HP Pavilion 22xi repair - turns off & freezes after a few minutes of use

This HP Pavilion 22xi monitor would freeze and turn the screen and backlights off after several minutes of use. I found that the issue is the Winbond 25x41clnig SPI FLASH 4Mbit memory IC in SOIC-8 package. I replaced it with a new LE25U40CMDTWG chip. I programmed it using CH341A programmer.
