HOWARD LANIN IRVING KAUFMAN - BLACK BOTTOM - ROARING 20'S VICTROLA 8-30

This DeSylva-Brown-Henderson classic from George White's "Scandals" always had to play second fiddle to the Charleston, no matter how good the arrangement. This is the only version I'm aware of that has a vocal, and a very good one by Irving Kaufman!
