This is because heavy weight lifting is the best way to speed up our metabolism so that we can burn off body fat more efficiently. (Don't worry, lifting heavy weights will NOT make you look like a man!) The four exercises that I most recommend for developing a harder mid-section are deadlifts, squats, lunges, and sprints. (Note: I recommend that you first practice these movements with someone who has experience doing them properly).
