How we can help

Welcome to the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender National Help Center. So here’s what we do. We operate two national, toll-free hotlines. One is for youth up to age 25, and the other is for people of any age, both youth and adults. And we also operate an online instant message chat too. You can either call or online chat with one of our trained peer-counselor volunteers about anything to do with sexual orientation or gender identity issues. So we talk with people about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, transgender topics, safer-sex information, and a lot more. We’re a non-profit organization and everything we do is completely free and confidential. So if we can help you, call either of our two toll-free hotline numbers, or hit us up on chat.
