How to write a Discord Role Reaction Bot in Python w/ Discord.py

In this video, we're going to write a simple Role Reaction Discord Bot with the Discord.py library. As promised, here's the code to the bot, but this is not the code I used in the video. The only difference is that I have my token extracted from a JSON file, and I did not use the C++ or C emoji's so I didn't do an if else check, but you guys are smart enough to figure it out.
