1. Drive needle into cornea
2. Push needle through cornea
3. Grab (pull) needle tip and bring through cornea
Skills needed to do this are pronation and supination of the forearm.
Key concepts to tying sutures:
1. Pull distal end of suture short
2. Point angled tying forceps towards short suture end
3. Lock suture by pulling short end towards long end
