This is a video that show how i wash my angine bay area, it is a simple procedure that worked every time when my engine bay looked a little bit ugly.
I don't do that very often, just once per year and i'm verify every time that the entire engine bay it completly dry and blow it with air on every sensor.
I do this only in the summer when it is warm and i let the bonnet open for a few hours and blow it with air for more then once.
I use light degreaser, water based and i don t use any other solvent or silicone to look nice.
I don t cover any part because it is well protected from the manufacterer and mostly because it is a Diesel Engine.
This video is made at a local carwash in Bucharest/Romania with the help of some awsome guys that works there.
