Out dated printers with no support for windows 10. Use control panel to open the Device which is an All in one printer here. The build in support has enough to let you scan even though I found no support or drivers at Canon's website for my printer. If none of this works try downloading Vuescan. They possibly have a driver that supports your scanner.
