NOTE: If your Tampermonkey app stops working or the old layout is back regardless of the Tampermonkey app being enabled, then remove the Tampermonkey app from CHROME and repeat these steps and it should work again. Read below..
Install the Tampermonkey app for Chrome.
Create a new script and hit CTRL+S and the script will be saved.
Now go on YouTube and refresh once and you will see the old layout. Done!
