How To Replace A Nintendo Arcade / Donkey Kong Jnr Power Supply (THE EASY WAY)

How To Replace A Nintendo Arcade / Donkey Kong Jnr Power Supply (THE EASY WAY)У вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
In this video I remove the original 40yr old linear power supply from my Nintendo Donkey Kong Jnr Arcade Game and replace it with a brand new Suzo Happ switching power supply without hacking up the original wiring. All you need is a Philips screwdriver, a 7mm spanner, a multimeter and the PSU daughter / adapter board from Highscoresaves website. Get the same (and other PSU adapters) here: https://www.highscoresaves.com/nintendo-power-supply-conversion-kit-by-highscoresaves.html Make sure the switching power supply you buy matches the pin out of the adapter you require! This is the first time I’ve personally changed one of these but wanted to document it and perhaps help someone else out that is thinking of doing the same thing. **Please note that graphical glitches appeared when I tried this method on a Donkey Kong. I tried adjusting the +5v slightly up (5.04) and slightly less (4.97) and it still wouldn’t clear so reverted back to original PSU for this game until I find a solution.** Check out my other videos for more retro gaming and arcade related stuff. Cheers.
