If you've been following along you know that I ditched the "30 day" idea and my goal is to create "30 tutorials"...mainly because 30 days ended 2 months ago...lol Its really hard to manage life and do this back to back. I didn't want to ditch the whole project all together. So I just altered the rules a bit ;) I created a castle cake and my customer wanted a Princess crown to top it off. Instead of buying a plastic one, I created an edible one out of fondant.
