How To Play SMS Dresden In World Of Warships

This T2 protected cruiser is a strong T2 ship with only two real flaws... low shell velocity and low HE/AP alpha at long ranges. Beyond that, she has a lot of ROF, good speed and maneuverability! So if you can master her playstyle, she can be quite fun to play since her AP does NOT lack up close! Thankfully the grind is short here too if you don't enjoy her play style! :)
