How to Overclock Sandy Bridge 5GHz i5 2500K / i7 2600K P67/Z68

A lot of people wanted to see 5GHz on the i5 2500K, so I spent the weekend playing with settings and I think I've finally found a stable overclock. Does 15 minutes of Prime 95 and maxes out at under 80c with the Phanteks PH-TC14PE cooler on a testbench (not in a case, case temps will be ~5-10c higher). Motherboard is the Asrock Z68 Fatal1ty Professional Gen 3. This should work with the i7 2600K as well. You can probably run much lower voltages on the i7 2700K.
