How To: - OBS Black Screen and Ring of Elysium

This is a little "how to" guide I wanted to put together for my reference when wanting to record or stream using OBS and you get the dreaded Game Capture black screen in the preview pane. You can hear the sound and everything while recording, but no footage. I am going to pick the new title I have been playing regularly Ring of Elysium, because this games seems particularly vulnerable to this issue and was driving me nuts.
