For my birthday, I asked my husband to join me for this episode of Ariel's Twilight Years, because, as a man who successfully married a fetish model, I hoped he'd have some insight to share with people who seek to do the same (if there are any. I don't want to assume). The reason for making this video was originally because of my observations about how people who're attracted to models sometimes behave in ways almost guaranteed to repel us. And even people who get as far as dating a model often ruin things by behaving in a multitude of toxic and peculiar ways, forcing her to escape the relationship altogether. Hywel and I talk through some of the archetypal 'Typical Model Boyfriend' behaviour, and give you some handy tips for not being an ass if you find yourself dating a model. But we've seen some abominable model boyfriends (and one of us dated one but I'm not saying which of us) and if we can give models some signs to look out for, and help some potential model boyfriends not to ruin their relationships, we'd be very happy!
