Thanks everyone for the likes and comments! I'm always trying to make good videos that are educative, informative, and not annoying! I hope you enjoy the ambient sounds of the night market!

We went out to Richmond Night Market to see how to make takoyaki.
True to the Night Market Concept, there are many different stalls that make the same item, and at this night market, this proves to be the same. I found what I think is the best one out there. They've been at it for a couple of years, and it all looks polished and perfect.
Tastes great, and they have the lineup to prove it.
The whole process to make from beginning to end takes approximately 20 minutes, which explains why when you get your order, it's probably better to wait 5 minutes before you have a taste because the insides are EXTREMELY HOT!
They have shrimp, scallop, octopus and veggie balls topped with mayo, and bonito flakes.
It's the first year for the Richmond Night Market at it's new location after a couple of years hiatus after the Summer Night Market took over it's old location just behind Ikea and Home Depot near the Knight Street Bridge.
Parking is free, but there's a $1 admission to get in this year which is a bit of a new concept for me.
I recommend coming here by any means except by car. It's close to the canadaline transit station, and if you choose to do so, you can take a quick side trip to the Summer Night Market by the free shuttle.
