Ingredients:

3 Cups of Basmati Rice http://amzn.to/2rR8HPp
8 Cups of boiled Water
4 Tablespoons of Salt http://amzn.to/2rReN2c

1 Cup of Canola Oil http://amzn.to/2qMPTTL
1/2 Teaspoon of Saffron http://amzn.to/2qhq4rE
1/2 Cup of hot Water
Method:
Step 1
Take 3 cups of Basmati Rice, then soak it for 1- 2 hours.
Step 2
Take 1/2 Teaspoon of Saffron in a bowl then add 1/2 cup of hot water in it and soak it.
Step 3
Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot and add 4 tablespoons of salt, then add the soaked rice in the boiling water. Boil the rice for 8- 10 minutes, check the rice if it is cooked 50%. Take the pot away from the heat, drain the water completely.
Step 4
Then in a same large pot and add 2 tablespoon of Canola Oil, 1 Tablespoon of soaked saffron, and add the drained rice then cook it on a low flame for 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
Heat up 1 cup of Canola Oil then pour it into cooked rice.
Step 6
Separate 1 cup of cooked rice then add 4-5 tablespoons of the soaked saffron in it then mix it well with a spoon.
Plate the rice and design it as you want to serve, then enjoyyyyy! :-)
