Hey everyone! Homemade Butterfinger is not only delicious and easy to make, but it's also a great way to use up leftover Halloween candy! All you need is candy corn, peanut butter, chocolate, and a microwave. I was surprised by how much these taste like the real thing, so yummy! Ingredients:
6 oz. candy corn
6 oz. peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Melt candy corn in microwave or on stovetop until smooth, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
2. Add in peanut butter and microwave additional 20 seconds or until thin, and stir candy corn peanut butter mixture. The candy should be thick.
3. Press into 9" x 4" loaf pan lined with parchment paper or foil. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until firm
4. Cut into 16 pieces, and melt chocolate chips in microwave
5. Dip candy rectangles into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Sprinkle with Butterfinger crumbs and leave to set.
