Dough : 2.5 cups bread flour 1 tsp salt 1 cup warm water, separate by half 2 tsp dry yeast 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp oil Extra flour for kneading & shaping Egg white for glaze Water solution : 1.5 liters water 1 tsp baking soda (option) 1 tbsp brown sugar/malt syrup (option) Toppings : (up to you) Poppy seeds Black & white sesame seeds Dried crispy onion Almonds Oats Chilli flakes Pour 1/2 cup warm water to dissolve dry yeast and sugar.
