in this video i prepeare cured salmon. This recipie is more like the finnish way of making cured salmon.

0,5kg salmon file or you can use rainbow trout
2tbsb seasalt
2tbsb sugar
spices as you like, i used 1tsp of each anis seeds, thyme leafs, fennel seeds
srinkel everyting on top off the salmon, cover and move to fridge. Next day, take off exess salt/sugar and slice thinlie.
