This is the first episode of the Infusion Series. The series where I will be teaching you how to infuse THC into the ingredients necessary to make all the delicious recipes in our upcoming videos. We are starting with Cannabutter, marijuana charged butter, with the Double Broiler Method. This is one of the most popular, and simple ways of creating THC infused butter for your recipes.
For this recipe you will need:
1/2 oz (14grams) of Cannabis
1/2 cup (125ML) of Salted Butter
After removing all stems from the flower, we will hand grind it up and place it in a baking sheet. Toss it in the oven at 235° Fahrenheit, for 25 minutes. This is the decarboxylation process, and it activates the THC.
The Double Broiler method starts with two pots that fit inside one another. The larger one is filled with boiling water, and the smaller with melted butter. Maintain low to medium heat, never HIGH, which will burn the THC off of your flower. WE DO NOT LIKE WASTED BUD.
After 3-4 hours of stirring every 15 minutes, the Cannabis is ready to be strained out of the butter with cheesecloth.

Strain it into a glass container, NEVER plastic. Pour the mixture from the pot into the container through the cloth. Make sure to squeeze as much as you can out of it.
Toss the container in the fridge and use it another day, or allow it to cool slightly before using it right away.
The Double Broiler Method is one of many ways to combine THC into butter. And butter is only one of the many ingredients we will be infusing. Stay tuned for more!
