Everyone in our family loves this recipe. So we have shared this you all today. Delicious Badushah ready in just 10mins. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: Sugar: 1 cup Water: 1/2 cup Ghee: 60ml Curd/Yogurt: 30ml Cardamom powder: 1/2 tablespoon Salt: 1/2 tablespoon Sugar Powder: 1 or 2 tablespoon Maida/All purpose flour: 150gms Almond flakes: for seasoning Oil: For deep fry --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recipe: For Sugar Syrup: Step1: Take a vessel with sugar and mix well with water. Step2: Keep the vessel on low flame for 5-6 mins until sugar melts completely. Switch off once the water has thickened. For Badushah: Step1: Take a mixing bowl, add ghee and curd. Mix well with a whisk. Step2: Add salt, sugar and mix well. Step3: Now add all purpose flour, mix well to form a soft dough. Step4: Take equal round portions, keep aside. Pat these flat and make a round hole with a finger in the centre. Step5: Take a pan with oil on low flame, once the oil is warm, remove the pan from the stove and place the flat dough in oil. Step6: Place the Pan on stove, on low flame. Step7: Cook in oil for 4-5 mins until brown. Step8: Repeat the same for rest of the pieces. Step9: Dip in sugar water after Badushah is warm. Keep it for 5mins and remove. Season with almond flakes.
