•2 avocados
•1 ½ lbs lobster tail, cooked
•1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
•¼ cup celery, chopped
•2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
•2 Tbsp lemon juice
•Salt and pepper to taste
•4 New England-style hot dog buns
•Softened butter for browning
LET'S GET COOKING...
1.Slice and pit avocados, and scoop into a bowl. Mash with a potato masher until creamy. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.
2.Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Slather buns with butter and brown in pan.
3.Top buns with avocado lobster mix and enjoy!
