How To Make A Blue Bowl Fine Gold Recovery System With Catch Pan

Hi guys, here's a quick video showing how I've set up my blue bowl gold recovery system. I've set my blue bowl up to try and maximise find gold recovery. When using a blue bowl, you must classify your material as much as possible and only run 1 size at a time otherwise you will disrupt the blue bowl from working to it's potential. I've set the blue bowl up inside a plastic tub making it portable and easy to store away, I usually run it in the kitchen without any mess. Under the blue bowl I have a garrett square pan, this work great as it works like a drop riffle sluice below the blow bowl, meaning if a piece did get knocked over the edge, the steps in the pan show stop the heavier material while allowing the lighter to wash over (and it works great!). I did try setting up the blue bowl with a regular round pan but the material concentrated too much down the centre where as the square pan gives a nice even surface for any cheeky gold escapee's to get caught on.
