If you can't afford or can't find the custom, competition-grade double-ended pen-spinning pens, you can easily make a decent double-ended practice pen from Bic Ultra Round Stic Grip ball-point pens. The result is a nice, well-balanced pen that spins well, bounces quietly when the inevitable drops happen, and also works nicely as a pen! At the end of the video is a link to Parixer's excellent pen-spinning tutorial channel. NOTE: Since I made this vid, I've discovered that adding small screws as weights to the end of the caps results in better balance. Also, you don't have to cut the inkwells so short. Just trim about 4 mm and then slide them past each other. They will fit side-by-side in the pen body and the result is a slightly heavier, quieter pen.
