How to install the Costco LED Retrofit Light Kit

We bought more than two dozen of these LED Retrofit Light Kit from Costco (Item #695680 model C-UPR63M) to replace the incandescent and halogen recess lights throughout the house. Sitting under one of those halogen lamps can get quite warm and the energy used to heat the air is wasted since we're not trying to heat the house in the summers. The retrofit kit is amazingly bring and is one of the best upgrades we've done to the house.
