1. download ps4 remote play from SONY:
https://remoteplay.dl.playstation.net/remoteplay/
2. Open a CMD.EXE window in the same folder that you have remoteplayinstaller downloaded
3. run the command remoteplayinstaller.exe /extract
4 open remoteplay.exe and enjoy!
