How to install NetBeans 10 IDE and make it work with C/C++ (2019)

NetBeans 10.0 does not, by default, include the ability to create projects in C/C++, but it IS possible. Unfortunately, there is absolutely zero documentation explaining how to do it. I made this quick video to show you how to do it, so you don't have to waste an hour of what could be productive time, trying to figure it out (like I did.)
