Make sure to download all the files in the description below. If you have a different region or NEW or OLD 3DS, ignore the last 2 bitly links. They work for those who have the old 3DS and in the United States. 2. Use the first website to download the otherapp.bin for your console and region. 3. Use the second website to download the soundhax.m4a for your console and region. 4. Place all the files into the root of the SD Card. Now run the 3DS. 5. Open the 3DS music player. 6. Load the 3DS load the SD Card and find SD Card. Open it and hit "Play." 7. Now, you should be in the Homebrew Launcher. Congratulation's. You did it! You have successfully installed Homebrew into your devices!!! :D And you're done.
