How to Fix Premiere Pro Black or Blank Screen Issue (No Picture) - Sep. 2016 Solution

When the picture turns black in Adobe Premiere Pro and you can't get the real picture, there are a few things you can do, and some of them work most of the time. I delete Media Cache folder and update or roll back the nVidia driver. Watch to see how I do it. There are a few other tricks I apply too.
