How to fix OBS LAG and Black Screen as fast as possible. (Windows)

My problems with OBS: 1. I would not lag out while recording my gameplay. I would GET lag in the video recording when i played it back after recording the gameplay. (very FRUSTRATING) 2. I also would get a black screen with audio with other settings. But after messing with the settings and trying basically every you tubers advice and even downloading older versions of OBS, I have finally discovered a solution to fix all my problems and hopefully yours with OBS.
