How to fix Menyoo and other GTA 5 mods(downgrade to v1.39)

I spent way too long trying to figure out a solution to this. Hopefully this video saves you guys the same trouble. *Only Works For Steam Version* I forgot to mention in the video, you need to install the older version of social club too.
