How to fix "HDMI unplugged" error in Windows (No sound issue)

Here I give you a brief tutorial on how to resolve the dreaded HDMI Unplugged dilemma causing no sound to be heard via HDMI when using a TV as a monitor. I have tried everything, installing/un-installing drivers, disabling on-board audio, etc but could not find ONE solution anywhere online in forums, chat rooms etc. If your curious I am running an AMD Phenom II 545 with 8 gigs of Patriot 2200Mhz ram with a 128Gb Patriot Torqx SSD and a 2.5Tb Hitachi HDD, on a Gigabyte GA-880GM-D2H mobo, Sorry for the bad camera work it was my droid and I was one handed.
