How to fix a sticking Karcher Pressure Washer

I bought this pressure washer new in 2003, it works great except sometimes the pressure relief valve gets stuck causing no pressure at the wand. Here is how to fix it. If this does not fix it you will probably have to replace the O-Rings. I have to do this to the pressure washer every year or so.
