There are many more steps involved but those will be covered at a later time. For now I will simply explain my personal method of managing my 4gal nano saltwater setup. I alternate every day between feeding the coral and adding trace elements to the water which gets depleted a lot faster than your normal large tank. The food I use for my corals are: Kent Marine Zooplex and Kent Marine MicroVert The bottle of trace elements I use is: Kent Marine Essential Elements Both are very good products and aren't the only ones you can use.
