How to download Age of Empires 3 Wars of Liberty mod and how to install it

I forgot to say if you already have an old version of Wars of Liberty (WoL) or War of The Triple Alliance (WoTTA) or Throne room, clean all including the My documents/My games/Wars of Liberty folder, before install the new WoL. News: The patch 1.0.9 has ben released, be sure to delete all the ".personality" files before install the update or launch the game. If you have a DVD installation be sure to update all the base games to the last version before copy the installation folder to another folder bin folder for example.
