In this video Max Bespaly explains how to Double Peg on a rail on BMX. It is one of the basic slides which can be easily combined with many other grinds. If you at least know how to do a wheel high Bunny Hop then you are ready to try out the Double Peg. Choose small round rail at about wheel height for practice and have a go.
Ride up along the rail but not too close so that you don't catch it with our rear peg or pedal. When jumping the Bunny Hop follow your front peg. It should land on the rail first making it easier to catch and hold your balance. Now bend your knees and kind of squat down with your body in the centre of the bike. This is when you land your rear peg. Keep your pedals parallel to the rail to avoid hitting it. Hitting the rail will slow you down or even stop you altogether. Now it is all down to balance. Balance with your entire body. If you are tilting to the left try to pull handlebars slightly left and pull your legs and body to the opposite direction aiming to return the bike to the right position.
Remember the more you try the better you do!
