Well, at least i do. By combining a full coverage foundation with a sheer foundation, you completely change the formulation. What you get is medium build-able coverage with a dewy finish. Think about trying to do a waterproof foundation with a sheer formula or a full coverage foundation with a matte light weight foundation. The possibilities are endless. Why not dry a full coverage matte foundation with a full coverage dewy foundation! Give it a dry, apply in one light coat, move on, do something else then come back and re-apply a second coat.
