How to convert a mp3 file into a wav file (part 1)

hey i had nothing to do and my main cpu is broken, i just installed hypercam cause i wanted to test it out on vista, i did have problems being the reason i use a tiny box, i got tired of ppl using a notepad or word to say what they want so i used my voice on hypercam the tutorial is long and if i get enough commnes and views i will make another vid 5-9 mins long this video has 2 parts so be sure to watch the second part!!!!
