Now, as you notice on your screen Word probably looks quite a bit different than you're used to seeing here as we have a black and grayish background. It definitely looks different than a typical background that we'll see as our default option on our own computer or that you may see on other people's screens as well. And this is one of the color options in Microsoft Word and it's very easy to change. So let's go ahead and take a look at that. All I do is if I go to File and then Options I can change here under the General tab which opens by default under Color scheme I have Black currently selected. I can change it to Silver which should be the default option it's probably on your computer. Or I can change it by going to back to Options to Blue. You can see that there, the blue background. Now when I change the color, this applies to all my Word documents and some other Office programs as well. But it's very easy to change. So once again I'll change it back to black just for this video and keep it at that. Click OK and there we go. It's back to black again.
