Pint Canning Jars
1/2 teaspoon Canning salt
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Mazola Oil
3 Tbsp. Tomato Juice
Pack fish into jars leaving 1 inch of space at the top.
cook for 90 Minutes at 10 lbs.
Let canner cool naturally
Remove jars and listen for the lids to pop!
