How to Block / Reject Calls on Android, Nuisance, Prank calls rejected on Galaxy S2

How to block incoming calls that you don't want that get a number recorded on your phone, I keep getting calls from a telemarketing company based in london which i don't want to speak to so I found this solution via the android call rejection feature which is built into android gingerbread 2.3.6 which uses Black Lists so you don't need to download any apps for this.
