How many settlers is too many in Fallout 4??

How many settlers can we squeeze into one settlement?! So, my Bay City settlement is getting a little bloated, and the frame rate is suffering as a result. My solution? Break the game. In this video we try to get to 100 settlers at Longfellow's Cabin in Far Harbor and drop the frame rate to below 10 fps. Can we do it?!
