It's around that time of year where a lot of accounting students are preparing for the CPA Exam. Whether it's filling out applications, figuring what classes to take to get CPA eligible and actually studying for the exam, there's no question that the process is convoluted and overwhelming.
In this video, I wanted to share my experience and talk about how I was able to pass the CPA exam. I share my background, how I approached studying and planning for my exams and at the end, I share some tips to help you tackle the exam this year to make sure you pass.
The CPA exam isn't a walk in the park. If you want to pass the exam, you have to be intentional about studying, reviewing and planning ahead. The process can be even more overwhelming if you don't have a goal in place. However, it's not impossible. If there's anything I learned from taking the exam is that you can take on any challenge as long as you prepare appropriately.
