How far will a HDMI signal travel?

How far will a HDMI signal travel?У вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
HowToAV.tv finds out how far a HDMI signal will transmit. HDMI (or High Definition Multimedia Interface) is the most commonly used combined HD video and audio signal standard. However, HDMI does have it's limitations, particularly when it comes to signal transmission distance. Standard Category 1 HDMI cable will comfortably transmit over distances of up to 5 metres. The higher grade Category 2 HDMI cable is capable of achieving transmission distances of up to 15 metres maximum. For HDMI transmission distances greater than 15 metres, HowToAV has a range of solutions including HDMI-over-Cat cable and HDBaseT.
